Some of the foods I've really been enjoying lately
Who would have thought running would have turned in to one of my favorite exercise, but it really has I honestly enjoy it and look forward to my run EVERYDAY. I started out with running a little over 1 mile and before I knew it I was doing over 3 miles in 45 minutes. My goal for now is to do 5 miles in 1hr.
My goal is to be healthy, that's all.
